1. In the same condition as received 2. Unworn / Unused 3. With all tags attached In original packaging 4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Defective or size issue, reported within 24 hours, and only if replacement stock is available.
Items must be in original, unwashed, unworn, and tag-intact condition.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or wrong-item claim.
